Photo 3 to the right shows how a Jimmi' Jammer® prevents this from happening. >>
The backside of a door handle is shown, removed from the door for clarity. The lock and rod are also removed.
The yellow arrow points to the lock area where the lock would protrude through the plate. This prevents the lock from being punched into the door.
The Jimmi' Jammer® also covers the length of the handle, along the bottom and side edges. This prevents prying along the edges of the handle to get at the lock rods inside the door.
Photo 4 to the right shows the same handle, but from the front side.
Here, the red arrow points to the Jimmi' Jammer® plate that would normally be hidden behind the door metal.
If the thief tries to pry in under the handle, the plate is inside the door blocking access to the lock rods and other components.
