Use the following chart to see your shipping charges for U.S. customers, all 50 states. International customers please see the ordering procedure at the bottom of this page.

Canadian Customers: We want your business!
The chart below applies to all Canadian Provinces. Please include a phone number or regularly checked email address in the checkout note box in PayPal in case we need to get in touch with you. Canadian customers can order directly from our site and the shipping will be automatically added at checkout.
Canadian customers -
We usually ship via US Post Office. This method avoids
the costly add-ons that the other shipping companies apply. We will make
sure you don't get extra charges added on to your order such as customs
or handling charges. For most orders, expect about 10-15 days for delivery.
Puerto Rico Customers: We want your business!
The chart below applies to all of Puerto Rico. Please include a phone number or regularly checked email address in the checkout note box in PayPal in case we need to get in touch with you. Puerto Rico customers can order directly from our site, but please enter the destination country in checkout as United States, and the state as PR. If you enter the destination country as Puerto Rico, Paypal does not automatically add the shipping charge. If this happens, we will email you to ask for shipping charges.

International customers should follow this simple procedure to order:
1. Choose the items you wish to purchase and note the part number or item description.
2. Email us your choices and shipping address, including postal codes as needed. We will work to get the least expensive shipping for you, but if you want fast shipping over economy, please let us know.
3. We will calculate shipping costs and email them back to you, usually within 1 or 2 business days.
4. Use PayPal to pay.
Other countries may have other rules.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship same day if received before 2pm local time. If we are out of stock on an item or can't ship within 48 hrs, we will notify you.
TruckSecurity.com regularly uses U.S. Postal First Class or Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon request. Paypal usually sends the tracking number to your registered PayPal email address at the time of shipment.
We package our products to survive normal shipping bumps and drops, but seriously damaged packaging should be reported to the carrier or refused upon delivery. In the event of a product arriving damaged, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the problem promptly.
Lost or stolen items: All items are shipped with tracking confirmation. If an item is not received, but the tracking number shows it was delivered, check with your postal carrier or delivery driver first. You may also wish to check with neighbors to see if it was left with them for safe keeping. We cannot be responsible for stolen items that were delivered to your door when you were not home.
Overnight or two day shipping
Fast shipping is available, but extra charges will apply. Email us what products you wish to buy and the method of shipment you prefer. We will calculate the shipping charges and email you a total, usually within 1 business day. You then pay via PayPal or call in with credit card.
